Dominoes of Death in Brooklyn: Psycho Beats Hospital Patient to Death Over a Game of Dominoes

Posted by Nicholas Stix

Much information is missing from the story below, which suggests that a psych patient murdered a non-psych patient. If that is the case, the hospital would be liable for gross negligence. And I suspect that suspect Spence Andrews, 20, has two raps sheets, each as long as your arm: One as a juvenile, and the other as an adult. I’d also like to learn what race the vic was. Will we learn the answers to any of these questions? Don’t hold your breath.

Note, too, that if the crime went down as described, it wasn’t Murder Two but Murder One with premeditation. If the perp beat the vic to ddeath during or immediately after the game of dominoes, it’s Murder Two, because it was presumably an unplanned act of passion. But if he waited a few minutes, in order to jump the vic in the shower, it was an ice-cold, premeditated murder—Murder One.

Undercharging suspects in such cases is one of the many forms of criminal justice affirmative action under racial socialism. Call it a pre-trial discount. At trial, the DA’s Office will offer him at least one more discount, possibly down to Man 1. Meanwhile, the suspect’s public defender may well play the “crazy card,” and seek to get him put right back in a mental hospital, where he can continue his pastime of playing (deadly) dominoes.

A psychiatric patient beat a man to death after a Dominos game at a Brooklyn hospital, law enforcement sources said.

Suspect Spence Andrews, 20, was playing the game with, Conrad Delimar, 47, in a room at the Interfaith Hospital in Bedford-Stuyvesant, sources said.

After the game, Andrews allegedly attacked him in an eighth-floor shower, sources added.

Delimar suffered blunt force trauma to the chest and head and died at the hospital, authorities said.

Andrews was taken into police custody and moved to Kings County Hospital, cops said.

He has been charged with second-degree murder.
